How does the handover process work?

Once construction is complete, buyers are invited for a snagging inspection, followed by DLD title registration and key handover. Allegro Residences is scheduled for handover in Q2 2026 and Allegro Park in Q1 2028.

Are Mill Hill projects escrow-protected?

Yes. In line with RERA regulations, buyer payments for our off-plan projects are held in a project escrow account. Escrow bank details are provided on the sales & purchase agreement.
