Dubai Islands is Nakheel's flagship coastal masterplan , a five-island archipelago introducing new beachfront, marinas, hotels and residential communities to the historic Deira side of the city.
The community is designed around low-rise, human-scaled architecture and long stretches of pedestrian promenade , a rare thing in Dubai. It is also one of the best-connected waterfront addresses in the city: ten minutes to Dubai International Airport, and a straight shot to Downtown and Business Bay.
